To secure a booking, a £150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full balance must be settled no later than 28 days prior to the event.

Cancellation policy - Cancellation prior to 28 days will not require balance to be settled, Cancellation after 28 days prior to event will result in full balance becoming non-refundable.

Please note that the Band line up may be subject to change, at the discretion of the Management, and should any band member be taken ill, a replacement shall be sourced to ensure that cancellation is not required.
